Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive a Pre-Authorized Return Number (PRN).

Pack With Care

Securely pack the amplifier in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring no old labels are visible.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
