All new Blackstar amplifiers come with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please register your product on our site to activate it.

Can I return an amplifier if I am not satisfied with the tone?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the amp doesn't suit your sound, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs.

Are the tubes in valve amps covered under warranty?

Vacuum tubes are considered consumable parts and are covered by a limited 90-day warranty from the date of purchase, rather than the full 2-year electronics warranty.

How do I track my order once it has shipped?
